RETURNS POLICY

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Shipping costs are not refundable

  • All items will be inspected upon return. 
    Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all labels still attached (if applicable) and original accessories included. The shoe outsoles and insoles have to be clean without any signs of use. If there are signs of wear we reserve the right to not accept the return or depreciate the amount of refund. Please ensure that you try on the shoes indoors on a clean floor so that they do not get damaged or dirty in case of a return.

  • In case you receive a damaged product, please raise it with us within 24 hours of receiving.

  • The costs of the return of the order will be covered entirely by the client.

  • Please contact us at info@heras.shop to inform us of the return. Once your return is approved we will provide you the address to ship the item back.

  • We recommend that the consumer acquires a proof of delivery and uses a tracked service to fulfil the return. HERAS is not responsible if the address where the consumer does not match the one provided for the return. We ask the consumer to send the proof of delivery for verification and tracking purposes.

  • For returns from outside the European Union please mark the parcel as a gift with declared value of $19. We will reject the parcel if taxes have to be paid.

  • When a consumer exercises their right of withdrawal after placing an order, they will pay the entrepreneur a proportional amount for the service already provided at the time they informed the withdrawal. The proportional amount to be paid to the entrepreneur will be calculated based on the total price and involves any expenses incurred until the time i.e. handling and shipping which will be deducted from the refund of the order. The amount can be between €10 - €30.
